ZS-1004 is a highly cross-linked silicone resin. It is specially developed to provide non transfer, film forming and softness effect. It can provide an excellent water repellency with a flexible film persisting a smooth and comfortable payoff on the surface for liquid lipstick and other cosmetic products like smudge proof eye liners and non transfer concealers.
Briefly, Korsilc ZS-1004 is a one stop solution to non transfer lipsticks, smudge proof eye liners, compact powders, foundation and other stay on products. ZS-1004 is soluble in chemical compounds like Isododecane, ethyl acetate, isopropyl myristate, isopropanol, ethanol and silicones like cyclopentasiloxane, dimethicone, dimethylsiloxane etc.
